Clean and excellent hotel, excellent staff and new-fashioned rooms. Lots of goodies for breakfast. Really comfortable stay, and 10 minutes' stroll from the subway. Nice pool, parking on site. Not to mention strong wifi! The venue of choice in Tashkent: D

We had a late arrival at Hotel Ak Saray and were relieved to find the night manager awake and ready to check us in. The room on the first floor was spacious and comfortable, perfect for our big luggage. The bed even had a unique round shape! We appreciated the tea and coffee provided in the room. The hotel itself was clean and well-maintained, giving us a fresh and modern impression. Despite a few minor drawbacks, such as the breakfast being a little unimaginative and the stray cat incident, we had a positive stay at Hotel Ak Saray. I would recommend this hotel for its comfortable rooms and friendly staff.

The staff at the front desk spoke English, Russian, and Turkish, so I was able to have a proper conversation about the weather in three different languages. Impressive!
Oh, and let's not forget the delightful surprise of finding a hair in my blanket. How thoughtful!

The staff at the hotel were extremely helpful and friendly, providing assistance with taxi arrangements and offering useful local recommendations. The price-quality ratio was great, and the hotel provided a local experience rather than a typical franchised option. the wifi was reliable, and having a pool was a pleasant bonus.
The hotel's payment system, which only accepted cash in the local currency. This could be inconvenient for guests who were not prepared or unable to exchange currency.
Tourists from South Africa often stay at these properties. Ideas for your future trips.
